The Wasserschloss
The Water Castle of Switzerland (German: Wasserschloss) is the region where the confluence of the river Reuss into the Aar and 1km downstream the confluence of the river Limmat into the Aar are located (altitude 330m), in Vogelsang, municipality of Gebenstorf 47.495°N 8.236°E.

After the confluences, the Aar carries a mean value of 555m
3/s, whereof 315m
3/s are brought by the Aar, 140m
3/s by the Reuss and 100m
3/s by the Limmat. This alluvial site is protected by law since 1989.
